Health Now are recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team providing high-quality care and support across North East Lincolnshire.

We’re looking for two permanent members of staff as well as bank staff to help us deliver flexible, person-centred support to individuals in their own homes and communities.

• Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and social activities
• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Provide compassionate and professional care tailored to each person’s needs
• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and other professionals

Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality complex care in the community? We’re looking for a dedicated RGN to join our clinical team and help us raise the bar in patient-centred care.

At Health Now | Complex Care we support individuals with long-term health conditions and complex needs—helping them live independently and with dignity in their own homes. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact, using your clinical leadership and assessment skills to support both patients and care staff.

What Dementia Really Looks Like...

What Families Wish They Knew Earlier.
