We’re incredibly proud to celebrate two very special members of our Grimsby team 👏

Amie, our fantastic nurse, has just been awarded a Cavell Award from the Cavell Nurses’ Trust, a significant national recognition within the nursing and care community.

This award is presented to nurses who make a real and lasting difference in the lives of their patients, and anyone who knows Amie will know just how well deserved this is. Her compassion, dedication and unwavering commitment to those she supports truly embody what outstanding care looks like.

Recognition like this doesn’t just reflect individual excellence, it reflects the standard of care we strive to deliver every single day.

We’re also celebrating Chuks, who has been named Carer of the Quarter. His dedication, professionalism and genuine care for the people he supports make a meaningful difference, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved.

Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality complex care in the community? We’re looking for a dedicated RGN to join our clinical team and help us raise the bar in patient-centred care.

At Health Now | Complex Care we support individuals with long-term health conditions and complex needs—helping them live independently and with dignity in their own homes. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact, using your clinical leadership and assessment skills to support both patients and care staff.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Leading and coordinating complex care delivery

What Dementia Really Looks Like...

What Families Wish They Knew Earlier.

“When Mum became unwell, we didn’t know what support was even available. We were exhausted and afraid of getting it wrong.”
