There's nothing quite like live music to brighten the day! We recently had a singer visit Rowallan House to entertain our residents, and the reaction was just wonderful.

From clapping along to beaming smiles, our residents had an absolutely brilliant time. Moments like these are what it's all about — bringing joy, sparking memories, and creating a real feel-good atmosphere.

What a wonderful afternoon at Rowallan House! Blair Academy Chair Dance came in to get our residents moving and grooving, and the smiles say it all.

Chair dance is a fantastic way to stay active, have fun, and enjoy the music — no matter your mobility. Our residents absolutely loved it and we can't wait to welcome Blair Academy back again soon!

It's a party in the chairs! 🎶 Our residents at Rowallan House in Chadwell Heath, Romford, are proving that age is just a number with their fantastic Chair Dancing session!

This low-impact exercise is one of the highlights of our packed activities schedule, and it's so much more than just fun. It's a fantastic way for our residents to boost their cardiovascular health, improve balance, and keep their minds sharp—all from the comfort and safety of their seats. It's especially beneficial for those in our Dementia Care and Residential Care programs, promoting cognitive performance and a sense of joy and community.
