I have experience with a wide range of issues . I have experience with a wide range of issues. I offer a safe confidential space to explore what is troubling you in your own time and at your own pace. If you are in an unhappy relationship are struggling with depression, anxiety or bereavement therapy can help you. Alternatively you may be experiencing some inner conflict or would simply like time to reflect on the past I order to make better choices in the future. I offer both long and short term counselling. I work within the NHS, affiliated to four GP practices, as part of the Primary Care Trust in West Hertfordshire. I have additional post qualification certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, eating disorders and trauma therapy. I also work with the following:

-Work related issues such as bullying/harrassment/communication/self-esteem/work life balance

-Bereavement
-Abuse
