Our vision is to enrich the local community by providing a purpose built environment where people can balance body, mind and soul as well as socialise and relax. We want you to feel at home at Samsara and we believe we can inspire you regardless of your gender, size or ability. 🧘🏽‍♀️Tantra yoga is a branch of yoga that originated in ancient India and has been practiced for thousands of years.
 🕉️It is a spiritual and meditative practice cultivating energetic awareness (i.e the chakras) that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and visualization with the goal of awakening and expanding consciousness.
☸️Tantra yoga emphasizes the integration of body, mind, and spirit. It seeks to harness and channel the energy within the body to achieve spiritual growth and enlightenment.
🙏Tantra yoga views the body as a sacred vessel and believes that by engaging in specific practices, individuals can unlock their inner potential and connect with the divine. It incorporates both masculine and feminine energies, aiming to balance and unite them within oneself.

Practicing yoga helps teenagers to bring attention to their body in a conscious and non-judgmental way. 
Its helps them to:
👉Improves flexibility, strength and stamina,
👉Reduces stress and anxiety,
👉Improves sleep and mental clarity,
👉Improve focus, memory, self-esteem, 
👉Appreciate their body for what it can do,
👉Listening and becoming aware of one’s limits in an asana (the ability to stop when necessary),
