Ldn Dares We help people grow in confidence, learn self-compassion and nurture a positive body image with the use of drama and Dares.

We believe no-one should be held back from achieving what they want out of life because they are worried about their body or looks. Ldn Dares is a not-for-profit social enterprise. We work with commissioners within mental health to support people with low confidence, low self-esteem and body image issues. Walking is a fantastic way to improve both your physical and mental health. Our Walking with Body Confidence Sessions are created with and to bring you an upbeat stroll, led by Team Dare facilitators.

When: Monday 19th June, 10:30am-1:30pm
Where: Ruskin Park, meet us outside the community centre (next to the community garden).
