Ivana Daniell’s Life in Movement (LIM), is a revolutionary method that teaches an intelligent way to approach and practice exercise. Patients will learn to move in a more efficient way, with optimum results, and without any risk of injury. Practitioners of the LIM method will improve their lifestyle, posture, performance in their favourite sports or fitness routine, be free of aches and pains, and ultimately transform their bodies in a beautiful, natural, and balanced way. Ivana Daniell, a graduate of the prestigious Laban Centre, London, UK, is the creator of the innovative LIM method. Leaving London for the Emirates has been one of the most profound transitions of my life.
Change is never simple, it stretches you, challenges you, and quietly reshapes you.
But in that discomfort, we discover new clarity, new strength, and a new sense of who we are becoming.

This journey is teaching me to trust the unknown, to stay open, and to let myself grow in ways I never imagined.

Sit on a good chair, an ergonomic chair would be ideal. These chairs
are specially designed to give you proper hip and back support
during the long sitting hours.
The most important thing is the height of your chair; the lower the
chair, the worse it is for your back. The best is to create a 120-degree
angle at your hips (as you see in the picture below). Ergonomic chairs
are adjustable to your preferred height.
Keep legs uncrossed, and feet flat on the floor.
