A few weeks ago I went with my friend to a doTerra Essential oil class. I was so impressed that I offered to host a class in my place...
We learnt that Essential oils are the immune system of the plants, and can be used for a variety of conditions: like colds and viruses, skin, breathing, aches and pains. some oils are good in helping concentration or uplifting your mood.

We got to sample the oils on our skin and also in a glass of water and chocolates : ) amazing.

The class was thought by the lovely and inspiring Vanessa Woozley, especially hearing of all the ways that she uses the oils for herself and her family. She uses the oils to treat common health conditions, as part of skin conditioning, in cooking and making non chemical cleaning products...
