On , we celebrate the dedication of our colleagues who volunteered in 2025. By November, more than 2,700 colleagues across 14 countries dedicated over 6,200 hours to volunteering, impacting the lives of more than 585,800 people.

Through partnerships with 81 organisations, our teams provided essential support; from blood donations and meal distributions to renovation projects and clothing drives, helping to improve health and well-being in the communities we serve and putting better health within reach every day.

We're proud to celebrate the inauguration of Hikma's third manufacturing plant in Tunisia, officially opened on 10 November 2025. This state-of-the-art facility will produce general formulation medicines, strengthening our ability to deliver quality healthcare across the region and beyond.

The ceremony brought together key members of the Hikma team, including Mazen Darwazah, Executive Vice Chairman and President of MENA; Tareq Darwazeh, COO of MENA; Eyad Abuawad, VP North Africa; and Mouin Zaafrane, General Manager Tunisia, alongside distinguished representatives from the Tunisian government and other valued guests.

Hikma MENA teams united across eight countries, with over 675 volunteers reaching more than 2,360 people during . Together, they provided 1,680+ women with breast cancer screening exams, alongside awareness sessions, medical consultations, and survivor support activities.
These efforts combined education, early detection, and community engagement, as part of our deep commitment to improving health outcomes across the region. From Pink Day events and educational talks to fitness activities and art therapy workshops, our teams worked tirelessly to raise awareness and promote early detection, reaffirming our commitment to putting better health within reach, every day.
