Burnout doesn’t care about passion - and sometimes the very thing we love becomes the hardest to keep doing. I know because I lived it. After homeschooling, career pressures, and an international move, I found myself emotionally and physically depleted. My enthusiasm vanished. My blog went silent. 😔

But I discovered something deeply important: recovery doesn’t look like doing more - it looks like listening to yourself. I gave myself permission to stop. I turned to tools like EFT tapping and gratitude journaling, created a peaceful sanctuary space for rest, and introduced gentle meditation rituals.

Slowly, I started to feel alive again. Not the same version of me - but a stronger, wiser one. 💫

If you’re feeling the weight of burnout, please know: you are not broken. You’re not weak. You’re human, surviving beyond capacity for too long. ★
