Andrea Arare Women's Circles | Rite of Passage Ceremonies | Shamanic Healing | Divine Feminine Empowerment | Mothe Feminine reconnection and traditional healing.

I'm Andréa, an agent of transformation. I serve the Divine Feminine by remembering the old ways of connecting with women, our gifts, and our inner wisdom. I was born and raised in Brazil. I am a shamanic practitioner and a healer. My previous working life was as an engineer, most recently in sustainable energy. I've been a ceremony space holder for almost 10 years offering ceremonies in NY, London, and Budapest. I am also a mother, a wife, a sister for many, and a proud daughter of Mother Earth. I was initiated in Shamanism in Brazil 25 years ago and was given the name Ararê - friend of parrots.

As COP30 unfolds in Brazil, indigenous peoples are rightfully at the centre of climate solutions—not as an afterthought, but as the keepers of ancestral knowledge that has sustained the Amazon for millennia.

Over 30 years ago, I chose a lifestyle that minimises the impact of my consumption on the land. As an environmental educator in Brazil in my 20s, I witnessed firsthand the relationship between people and nature. That awareness has only deepened through my years working alongside indigenous communities and shamanic traditions.

The planet is alive and needs listening to—to the voices of those who have always known how to live in true partnership with the earth’s intelligence.

Indigenous knowledge is living wisdom, a blueprint for how we might remember our place within the web of life.

I offer ceremonies and retreats that honour these teachings and care. If you would like to know more, message EARTH below 🌿🌎

Four months have passed since the Gregório carried me deeper—into the rainforest, into ceremony, into Yawanawa territory, into myself. Watching this journey unfold again, I feel the river’s current still moving through my body, still teaching me.
My nervous system was rewired by ancient wisdom. A remembering of what it means to move at nature’s pace.
The understanding that true healing requires surrender to forces larger than our individual will.
The river patiently moving through Yawanawa territory showed me gentle persistence. The forest’s medicine now flows through my hands as I work with clients—more grounded, more attuned, more whole.
In March 2026, I’ll return to Brazil to hold sacred space for others seeking this same transformation. If you feel the call to journey into your own depths, to be held by the Amazon and ancient ceremony, the retreat awaits you. Leave your message below.
The river remembers us, as we remember ourselves.

Midautumn is the sacred descent a time of remembering, resting, and reweaving. 🌒🍂

The world grows darker, but not dim.

There is light in the embers, warmth in the stillness, and wisdom in the quiet Earth.

Let this midpoint remind you:
✨ Descent is not disappearance, it is transformation.
✨ Rest is not idlenes, it is preparation.
✨ Darkness is not the opposite of light, it is its teacher.

May your midautumn be one of peace, presence, and gentle renewal. 🧡

November is the time when nature teaches us the grace of letting go and the quiet power of listening. 🌙

The Earth slows. Trees stand bare. Animals burrow deep.
In this stillness, we are reminded that rest is not idleness, it’s preparation.

This is a time of tending the embers of your spirit and listening to the quiet wisdom that only the dark can reveal.

Samhain (pronounced Sow-in) marks the Celtic New Year, the turning of the Wheel into winter’s deep rest.

It is the midpoint between the Autumn Equinox and the Winter Solstice, a time when the veil between worlds grows thin.

Samhain invites us to:
🕯️ Honor the ancestors
🌬️ Release what has ended
👂 Listen for the whispers of spirit
🍂 Slow down and reflect
🌑 Move consciously into the dark with reverence

In shamanic traditions across the world, Power Animals are sacred allies. Spirit beings who guide, protect, and lend us their strength. 🐾

They are not symbols or metaphors, but living energies that walk beside us, offering medicine, wisdom, and balance.

Your Power Animal may:
🪶 Speak through symbols, sensations, or direct knowing.
🪶 Come when you need strength
🪶 Disappear when their teaching is complete.

They remind us that we are woven into the web of life, protected, guided, and supported by the spirits of nature.

Swipe to meet the deeper meaning of Power Animals.🌿

Ancestral wisdom teaches that numbers are not human inventions, they are reflections of natural order. 🌿

From the spirals of shells to the petals of flowers, from the rhythm of our breath to the turning of seasons, numbers are the sacred language through which life organizes itself.

Numbers are not separate from spirit.
They are spirit, made visible.

An invitation to remember what you have never been separate from 🌳🌍

Your heartbeat mirrors the drum of the Earth.
Your breath moves like wind across the land.
Your blood tides rise and fall with the Moon.

You are not in nature, you ARE nature.

The same life that moves through rivers, roots, and stars moves through you.

Swipe to remember the ancient language written in your cells. 🍃✨

Healing grows in spaces of connection—connection with ourselves and safe connection to others.
We then can experience the transformation that Indigenous cultures and nature have modeled for centuries.
My teaching brings Somatic Experiencing alongside these traditions, inviting the natural intelligence of the body to restore balance and flow. Join the upcoming workshop Nervous System Regulation for Psychics to learn how to support yourself, especially if you are an empath.

Our Story

Hello, my name is Andréa. I am a shamanic practitioner and healer born and raised in Brazil. For almost 10 years, I have been creating safe spaces for healing, awareness, empowerment, and higher levels of consciousness, leading ceremonies in NYC, Budapest, and London. I am also a mother, a wife, a sister for many, and a proud daughter of Mother Earth.

My practices include intuitive readings and chakra balancing, ancestral healing, and healing through traditional shamanic rituals and sounds, using many tools and techniques I've learned over the past 30 years. My offerings are nurturing and, through drumming, promote a mildly altered state of consciousness that allows participants to connect with their inner voice. Modern life, with all its comforts, has taken from us the traditions of connecting with rituals, ceremonies, and sacred spaces, and I am dedicated to re-creating these opportunities.

During my initiation into Shamanism, I was given the name Ararê - a friend of parrots. I've always had a deep love of and interest in nature and spirituality, and Shamanism encompasses this perfect combination.

Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition and a way to honor and connect with nature and reconnect with self. Through its studies and practices, I developed an understanding of honoring Mother Earth as the divine sacred feminine - Gaia. Later I was trained in feminine shamanism, a practice to reclaim the sacredness and power of the feminine. My previous working life was as an engineer, most recently in sustainable energy, and energy has always been part of my life!
