The recipe is for 3 servings.
Method:
Put the ingredients for the base, the dates and ground flax into a blender until it’s in a paste. See tip in slide above. Divide into three airtight jars and press down.
Then blend all the cheesecakes ingredients together and then pot equally into the three jars. You could add a little maple syrup if you like it sweeter. Top with your chosen berries and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
It can be stored in the fridge for at least three days. The lime juice adds so much to this recipe. 🍋🟩
