The Drama of Life ✨🎭✨In this practice nothing is wrong. All becomes right because we are expelling the bad with our sweat and our breath. Therefore continue to shake regularly. All negativity will disappear. We will gradually become like beacons of positivity, radiating into all directions. With a positive mind we can shake off the heavy burden of our ego. Let’s remember to switch our tendencies into a positive direction. People whose Soul has not yet opened are like puppets wrapped in a palm leaf. Their potential is there but they cannot do anything. Once the cover is opened and the puppet is moved by the puppeteer, we understand which puppet acts out a good role and which one plays the bad role. Life is just like a drama. There are good roles and bad roles. But our life is more unique, because the good and the bad are both within us. We must hold on to the Soul. This Soul is universal. "Don’t Judge with the Mind 🌟 At this Ashram there is no theory but a lot of practice. Ratu’s Energy is always connected to nature, therefore Ratu’s technique is natural therapy. While you are with Ratu, forget everything about theory, concepts and dogma; put aside for a while anything to do with book learning so that you can get the greatest possible benefit. Ratu gives us something that cannot yet be understood by the mind. He offers us a mirror to look at ourselves. For Ratu it is not difficult to become our mirror, but for us it is difficult to see ourselves in it. Ratu works not only in this visible world, but also in the astral world. If we want to learn, don’t study with people whose knowledge is on a lower level. "There are many things that do not please our mind, but in fact it is often these things that we really need. Sometimes we cannot distinguish between what we want and what we need. We are stuck-up on our arguments and go for what our mind tells us. Life presents us with many situations, but we so often make the wrong choice. In the spiritual realm we should rein in our mind and look at our desires. Pay attention to the needs of your heart and let go of the desires of the mind. If we can see our needs and cast away our desires, then over time our mind will calm down, become sacred, clean and without a stain. Our mind will be at peace at last. When our life becomes clear, we can laugh all the time. This laughter becomes the flower of our life, just like a plant that is blossoming. And often a beautiful flower has thorns. It is the same with us. Before our life becomes beautiful it feels as if it is full of the thorns of suffering. Every tree that is blossoming usually goes on to produce fruit. If the flowers are good, they will produce sweet fruit. The bigger the tree, the more plentiful the fruit. "Laughter is an Offering 🙏 Bio-Energy is very important because it enables us to get rid of negative spirits. This Bio-Energy empowers every organ in the body, so that we become healthier and at the same time are supported on our spiritual journey. This inner journey demands a sacrifice - that is, continued regular training. But this sacrifice is never in vain, because it all amounts to an offering. Our offerings don’t just come in tangible form, they can also be a mental matter. This Bio-Energy is more on the mental level. Being honest and serious in everyday life together with diligent practice and being helpful to others is the key to this mental offering. Making other people become happy is an offering, therefore inducing others to laugh also represents an offering. Being happy while other people are suffering is not an offering, but uplifting others with our infectious laughter, that is the ultimate offering. Celebrating other people’s happiness is also an offering. Laughter is the most effective kind of offering. When we laugh, all problems disappear. Laughing is the most effective solution in this world. It creates a warm-hearted ambience, making us feel content. Laughter is the greatest contribution we can make to the world. It sends a positive vibration to those who are ill, so that they can recover quickly. By laughing we show our gratitude to God. The goal of life is happiness and laughter is the way. There is no difference between the laughter of the poor or the rich, the old or the young. Laughter means happiness and the feeling of happiness is the same for everyone. All happy Souls are the same. Everyone has the right to laugh; there is no law that puts a limit on our laughter. "Everything has to be Natural and Pure ✨️ The Ashram is very strategically placed, far away from the hustle and bustle of a town and, more important, far from any negative influences. Our Ashram looks quite normal; why? Because we cannot yet see its splendour! Let’s continue our work. One day when we become sensitive, we will be able to see its glory. The most important thing is that we diligently fulfil our obligations towards the Ashram. What are these obligations? To help ourselves and others! With our continued unrelenting effort we help those in need to remain healthy and happy. This is not about superficial health and happiness, because many people appear to be healthy while being very sick, and many people appear to be happy while deep down they are sad. Our job at the Ashram is to create happiness deep within us. Our joy is not feigned; we are truly happy. Don’t be deceived by a fruit that looks sweet on the outside but is very bitter inside. Don’t be attracted by appearances, go for the best taste. Ratu likes everything to be natural and pure. That is why Ratu’s Ashram is different from other ashrams. Let’s never make artificial changes. “Ratu’s Energy Massage🌟 The body can be compared to an electronic gadget: it needs electricity and a cable to connect it to the electricity. Ratu is the cable that connects our body to the Energy. When electricity is flowing all components of the electronic gadget work well. But the electronic gadgets around Ratu (Ratu’s students) are not of cheap kind. They are very expensive because they possess a spiritual motherboard. Well then, how can we make this gadget work well so that we can hear a sound we want to listen to? If we want to hear a loud sound, we just have to turn the volume up. It is the same with us - if we want to receive ever-stronger Energy, we just need to practice Shaking on a regular basis. Ratu hopes that his students can feel his Energy and feel joyful as a result. If Ratu’s students are happy, Ratu is happy as well. With Shaking, our senses get finely honed, until in the end we can feel the presence of God everywhere. Our Energy has to be always switched on. "A Big Pipe ✨️ Focused shaking produces maximum results. We become healthy inside and out. Ratu’s Energy is quickly distributed within us. Ratu’s photo can then fulfil its optimum function for us. This photo in front of the altar is a symbol for Ratu’s Energy. If we can focus on this symbol we will feel the vibration of the Energy rising up within us. This is the role Ratu plays for those who genuinely ask for it. This symbol of Ratu is the guide for reaching the highest goal. With concentration it gives us the same benefit as if Ratu himself were present in person. This symbol tries to be the bridge in our quest for self-knowledge. Who is our true Self? The spiritual path is really a way of getting to know our true Self. And spirituality has to go beyond the mind. If we are still trying to grasp spirituality with our mind it just remains a preconceived idea, not a spiritual experience. True spirituality is beyond the mind. When we can experience our true Self, that’s when we have a genuine spiritual experience. We say that in the Ashram we are playing with Energy. But in reality there is no game. It is us who are playing. This is a cosmic law. For this reason also, the process of healing that happens at the Ashram is really cosmic therapy. Nature shows us how we can be healthy in body and Soul. So it really is nature working for us here at the Ashram. Ratu just facilitates. We are the real actors. If our desire is strong, we will learn quickly. Ratu’s role is just to give. "Ratu’s Program 🪄 Whoever makes sincere offerings will get very rich rewards. An offering doesn’t only come in the form of banten [a Balinese ceremonial offering of flowers and fruit]. Every sacrifice we make sincerely without considering it a burden becomes a true offering. People who continuously make offerings have a big Soul. A great Soul makes an offering without expecting a reward. It could be said that even the breath of such noble people is like an offering. They cannot imagine life without making an offering. In the Ashram, Shaking is a form of offering. It is the easiest offering we will ever know, but its impact is extraordinary. This offering is simple yet significant. It can break down our demonic nature and allow our angelic qualities to surface. Let’s laugh so that we can come to realise the benefit of our offering. In making an offering, Ratu has five objectives: 1. Health 2. Prosperity 3. Intelligence 4. Leadership 5. Happiness These five objectives are Ratu’s main offering. Let’s plant as much kindness as possible. Whatever we plant will bear fruit. If we want to plant kindness, we will reap happiness. Let’s shake regularly and enjoy the result. Then let’s help to spread these five objectives of Ratu, because the more volunteers join in, the quicker will our goal be reached. "A large picture on Ratu’s altar shows him pointing a finger at us. This symbolizes Ratu’s Energy flowing from his finger and penetrating us. This spiritual Energy is invisible, but it is real. We say ’it does not exist’ because there is nothing outwardly visible except for the effect it has on us. We say that something exists because a subject perceives an object. But if the subject and the object are the same or can be perceived as identical, or they have merged into one another, then spiritual Energy exists within us, imperceptible from the outside. This is why one may think it does not exist. We could also say that it exists because we want to reach out for it. Yet, when we are already free and immersed in this state of being, we cannot explain it to other people. Because it ‘is’, spiritual Energy is food, power, or life. Ratu calls it the ‘Cosmic I‘, which gives us the feeling that we are not lost and always taken care of. In the same picture Ratu is also depicted with a clenched fist, as if he were engaged in a fight. The intention is to give us a feeling of extraordinary power. This is not a physical fight, it symbolizes supernatural power. If our Soul and mind are focused they will take us towards Krishna, Buddha and Jesus. Mohammed fought many battles in his quest to promote Islam. This is meant as a test for our steadfastness. There is no battle that results in just one winner. All of us are winners."
