The studio has certified personal trainers who have a solid education and experience in fitness training from various backgrounds, boxing, weight loss, body building, general fitness, yoga and body transformations. Our trainers customize their training programs to meet the individual needs of each client, taking into account their fitness level, goals, and any pre-existing medical conditions, while providing nutrition counselling and advice on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
