A provocative title of course, but I wanted to share with you all some personal advice based on my own experiences.

Letโ€™s go!

1 - set a clear goal with an outcome you can measure

This is a biggie. Donโ€™t aim to look โ€˜goodโ€™ or โ€˜shreddedโ€™, really ask yourself exactly what success looks like.

For me personally, itโ€™s gaining another 1-2kg in the next 3-months. I know exactly where I need to aim.

2 - Find people who inspire you

One of the best moves I made in LDN was joining the Puresport Run Club, it has been a game-changer.

You may have also noticed that Iโ€™ve now joined them as an Official Partner - more on that later.

Surround yourself with people with you look up to and can support you.

3 - Donโ€™t be afraid to supplement

One of the reasons I was so drawn to Puresport and their products was their ethos of being inspired by nature.

Naturally, we want to get as much as we can from our diet, but when we train hard and also work hard for our job, we often need extra support.

A very nutritious Christmas?

James Cuffe/ My Year Of Living Healthily and I had a pre-Xmas catch-up to chat all things festive as we head into the Xmas break.

As we sprint towards the 1/2 way mark of 2021, itโ€™s time perhaps to ask ourselves some hard-hitting questions.

Are you on track to hit your fitness goals?

If not, hereโ€™s 3 questions to ask yourself and reflect on.

The reason is works is that its:

1) Specific
2) Enough time to make huge changes
3) Exciting

Get really clear on EXACTLY what youโ€™d like to achieve.
