A provocative title of course, but I wanted to share with you all some personal advice based on my own experiences.

Letโs go!
1 - set a clear goal with an outcome you can measure
This is a biggie. Donโt aim to look โgoodโ or โshreddedโ, really ask yourself exactly what success looks like.
For me personally, itโs gaining another 1-2kg in the next 3-months. I know exactly where I need to aim.
2 - Find people who inspire you
One of the best moves I made in LDN was joining the Puresport Run Club, it has been a game-changer.
You may have also noticed that Iโve now joined them as an Official Partner - more on that later.
Surround yourself with people with you look up to and can support you.
3 - Donโt be afraid to supplement
One of the reasons I was so drawn to Puresport and their products was their ethos of being inspired by nature.
Naturally, we want to get as much as we can from our diet, but when we train hard and also work hard for our job, we often need extra support.
For me, Puresportโs CBD and mushroom blends have been a godsend. I have a busy life right now and without these recovery aids, I would be no way near able to keep going.
