A week ago, we had the privilege of holding our very first President’s Lecture at the National Liberal Club. It was a memorable evening that brought together colleagues, friends, and supporters.

Our President Dr Sheuli Porkess Porkess has co-signed this important letter. The letter’s call on the UK government to treat with dignity doctors with health conditions mirrors FPM’s values and we are happy to support it.

We are proud to stand with 31 other leading organisations in calling on the Health Minister to retain the GMC’s ability to investigate the fitness to practise of doctors with existing health concerns, under a distinct ‘health’ route:
