We often experience unwanted, intrusive and impulsive thoughts. These thoughts can become even louder while meditating.
We can use meditation to recognise, acknowledge those thoughts and make a conscious decision as to how we choose to handle those thoughts in our daily lives.
Do I want to let go of those thoughts?
Do I want to carry on engaging with those thoughts?
What would the exact opposite thoughts be like and feel like ?
