Upper Trap Pain😩
Something I personally (& most of us) have been a victim of!
Hunching over to work on my laptop & phone, sleeping in awkward positions and carrying bags that weigh more than me are all bad habits that lead to this unnecessary pain🤦♀️
Becoming a Sports Massage Therapist not only taught me how to help others heal dysfunction within their bodies, but pushed me to prioritise my own health and physical wellbeing.
Now, having tried & tested all of these remedies for Upper Trap pain, I can testify that you can indeed heal with the aid of these treatments, following the correct protocols outlined in this post🙏
Of course, every individual is different. Some may find that Cold Therapy pains them, whereas Heat Therapy soothes them and vice versa. Try each one out & see what works best for you!
