Scammers are currently sending fake “cloud storage full” alerts designed to panic users into clicking a link and entering personal details.

Details worth checking when receiving emails like this...

▪ Who the sender actually is
▪ Whether the message is creating unnecessary urgency
▪ Whether the branding matches the official provider
▪ Whether you’re being pushed to click quickly

If you receive something similar:

◼ Do not click
◼ Do not enter login details
◼ Check your storage directly through your official account
◼ Report it as phishing

Messages of this nature typically use time pressure and the threat of data loss to encourage users to click without verifying.

We’re seeing fake Wix emails again, using urgent language like “final notice” to pressure people into acting quickly.

This one came from a Gmail address impersonating Wix, a common tactic designed to catch people when they’re busy or distracted.

A quick reminder:
• Wix does not email from Gmail
• Real alerts appear inside your Wix dashboard
• Urgency and threats are red flags, not support

This one claims to be a legal notice about “unauthorised music use” and tries to look very official. It isn’t.

If this was genuine, it would come directly from Facebook or the platform involved, not via a random email with attachments and scare tactics.

Please be careful — these are designed to panic small businesses and creators into clicking or replying.
