Don’t forget to claim your thank you as part of the IKTG community.

As a shop owner, I don’t believe in massive sales. The margins on 50%+ off sales have to be huge and that doesn’t sit right with me.

🔸 I always want to give you the best possible price. There’s nothing worse than investing in a product and seeing it 70% off the next week.

🔸 I won’t sacrifice quality or ethical sourcing for the sake of price and sales.

🔸 I want you to buy an item from I Know This Girl because you genuinely connect with it, not just because it’s on discount for a limited time.

Instead, I offer discounts to my community. I want to reward my loyal customers for supporting me. So where I can, I offer reasonable discounts to thank you for making I Know This Girl what it is.

🌟 If you’re not yet part of the loyalty and referral programs, sign up to be a member on the website. Then you can start collecting rewards.

🌟 You’ll also find details of the Trusted Practitioners Directory, to search and to join, on the website too.

From an upbeat rhythm to a soft cascade, ways to add shakers to your sound bath.

The three shakers that have just been added to the shop produce a warm, earthy tone that you can play with as you curate your sound sessions.

There’s no right or wrong way. Experiment with how you move them and feel into the gorgeous, organic sounds.

Use shakers to…

💫 Create a soft introduction to your soundscape or subtle break between the bowls, producing a sound like pebbles being gently tossed by waves.

💫 Add a guiding rhythm to a meditation, breathwork exercise or movement practice, creating an upbeat, crisp sound to count along with.

💫 Layer the rattles of nature on top of each other, holding one in each hand as you traverse the highs and lows of their sounds.

Your sound bath FAQs answered! 🎶

If you’ve never been to a sound bath, it might be a bit of a mystery to you.

So, in the latest update to the I Know This Girl blog, I’ve answered some of the common questions I get about sound baths.

It’s the kind of things you’ll want to know before you go to your first one like what happens to the brain and body during the session and what you need to bring to make the most of it.

Go to the website to read the IKTG blog and leave a comment if you have any other questions you’d like me to answer: https://www.iknowthisgirl.co.uk/post/what-happens-at-a-sound-bath

Add a high-frequency awakening to your sound bath.

Have you seen the beautiful bronze-alloy Tingsha chimes I recently added to the shop? Each one is etched with a sacred Om symbol and handmade so completely unique.

They create a bright, resonant sound that makes a wonderful addition to your sound baths.

Use these chimes to…

💫 Clear stagnant energy at the beginning of the session and bring the focus into the present moment.

💫 Awaken at the end of the sound bath, helping people to come back into the room and re-energise after their restorative rest.

Singing bowls, sound instruments and rituals: how to expand your sound healing collection.

I’ve been playing crystal singing bowls for 8 years now. When I got confident with playing my first set of bowls, I was curious about what more I could do in sound baths to create a relaxing, immersive and multi-sensory experience.

As I’ve just added new complementary instruments to the shop and there are more tools and rituals to come, I thought this was a good time to share how I’ve built my sound collection over the years.

I share insights into both adding new crystal singing bowls to your current set and other instruments and rituals you can explore in my new blog ‘How to Expand Your Sound Healing Collection.’

Introducing the IKTG nut cluster. ✨

The final addition to the I Know This Girl sound range (for now!) is the nut cluster. This handcrafted instrument is made from ethically sourced nuts from the Pangi tree of South East Asia.

Add a natural rhythm to your sound baths with its lively sound and organic resonance. Grounding yet energising, use it to build the journey of your soundscape, going further into relaxation, restoration and reconnection.

As a handcrafted instrument with a sustainable design, supplies are limited and it will take time to restock. So if you’d like to add this new sound instrument to your practice, I recommend placing an order through the IKTG website ASAP.

Introducing the IKTG Shamanic gourd shaker. ✨

Steeped in rich ritualistic history from indigenous cultures, gourd shakers are a distinct percussion instrument. I’m so excited to have them available in the shop as part of the updated I Know This Girl sound range.

These shakers are made from a single natural gourd, giving it a unique shape, texture and tone. Use it to add warm, earthy, organic sounds to your sound baths.

Each one is decorated with traditional burning and carving techniques, adding to the ritual of the sound ceremony. No two are the same as each is carved and burned by hand, giving every shaker its own unique design.

I’ve made sure all the new additions to the shop honour traditional materials and methods. As they are bespoke, handmade products, there are limited quantities available and there will be a wait period before I can restock.

Make sure to order your Shamanic gourd shaker from the I Know This Girl website while they are still available!

Introducing the IKTG rubber seed shaker. ✨

Next up in the new additions to the I Know This Girl sound range are two styles of rubber seed shakers.

These natural shakers, simply made of seeds and fibreglass, add a soft textured sound to sound healing sessions.

Build a grounding rhythm that precedes or follows the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guides participants into meditation or accompanies intention setting.

As a natural, handmade instrument, supplies are limited and will take time to restock. If you’re interested in adding a rubber seed shaker to your practice, I recommend visiting the I Know This Girl website ASAP.
