💫 In the next edition of my new FAQ series, I explain why sound baths lead to a great night’s sleep.

Sleep and stress are deeply interconnected. When we’re stuck in a cycle of stress, it’s hard to break free and get the restorative rest our bodies really need.

The vibrations of singing bowls are a welcome cycle breaker because they get our mind and body to a place where they are able to slow down, switch off and fully rest.

I understand you can’t go to a sound bath every night (although wouldn’t that be nice). There are other ways you can use sound to support your sleep.

Since I first started I Know This Girl, my mission has always been to lift up women.

I know when you first start exploring sound healing and crystal singing bowls, it can feel like a whole new world. You don’t know what you don’t know. But I’m here to help!

Hi, I’m Kate, the founder of I Know This Girl with 9 years of experience in playing crystal singing bowls. As the shop founder, I not only help people choose the bowls they align with (and an expanding range of instruments and rituals). I also show people how to make the most of their bowls, building a wonderful bond and practice.

I’ve started this video series to share more of my knowledge with you as you discover the amazing power of crystal singing bowls.

Now taking bookings in our Surrey location! 💕

A few weeks ago I introduced you to the wonderful Kalli Pasqualucci of because she is going to be running a secondary location where you can shop I Know This Girl crystal singing bowls in person.

I had such a lovely time selecting and delivering Kalli’s first collection of bowls and I’m very excited to share that her showroom in Epsom, Surrey is officially open. You can now book an appointment with her via the website.

We offer in-person consultations at I Know This Girl so you can try out different bowls, see which ones you connect with and get guidance on adding new bowls to your personal or professional practice.

As a sound practitioner herself, I know Kalli will make a great guide as you start or expand your singing bowl collection.

You can still book appointments with me in my Bristol showroom. All that happens now is that when you go to book a consultation, you’ll be asked to choose a location. Just follow the link in my bio.

This is designed for people who already have a few bowls and have been playing for a while. So they are not in the beginner stage but they’ve hit a bit of a slump.

🔸 Maybe you’ve lost connection with your bowls and haven’t been playing as much.
