Pigeon Pose (kapotasana) offers physical benefits by improving hip flexibility, strengthening the core and glutes, and relieving lower back pain by stretching the hip flexors and surrounding muscles. Mentally and emotionally, it helps reduce stress, alleviates anxiety, and can promote healing by releasing stored tension from the hips. The pose also supports healthy digestion and can energise the body by increasing circulation to the pelvic region.

You can either meet us Lewisham after the last class (1:30pm) or around 1:45pm.
