The way we talk to ourselves shapes how we feel, act, and show up. Swap:
“I can’t handle this” → “I’m learning and doing my best”
“This is too hard” → “This is an opportunity to grow”
Small shifts in language create big shifts in mindset. Your words are powerful, use them to lift yourself up, not hold yourself back. 💛
In my hypnotherapy clinic, all of my clients have limiting beliefs that are holding them back. It’s our job to reframe them. Lucky for us, our brain is constantly re-wiring and adapting (neuroplasticity) so change is writhing our control. It’s within our beliefs.
