Slimming World Icons group finals will be happening at my group in Plumstead this Thursday

Slimming world very own sausage patty
🍅 Slices of fresh tomatoes

Tastes just like the real thing — and best of all its all on plan when following food optimising.

What an incredible and inspirational day we had at the Slimming Worlds woman of the year 2025.

Out of 13,000 groups my member Sherri was one of 40 National Semi Finalalists, having lost a wopping 12st 0.5 lb, she was there to share her story.

Out of that 40 was selected to got threw to the top 10 and the National Finals.

But no matter the out come the day Sherri is already a winner, having achieved her weight loss dreams, reaching her personal Target, becoming happier healthier, more active and fitter
and in her words half the women she used to be, the competition is just a bonus.

Im still buzzing from the day and one proud consultant tonight, it truly gives me goose bumps to know I played a part in helping Sherri change her life.
