How lucky we’re by having a healthy body, isn’t? Do we value our body enough?

If you’re like most people, you don’t think much about your joints until they start hurting. But your joints deserve attention long before they cause continuous discomfort. “Prevention really is the best medicine when it comes to joint pain”.
- - -
Taking care of your joints early can help alleviate a number of issues that might otherwise plague you as you get older, issues that could have a profound impact not just on your mobility but on your overall health.
- - -
• Always warm up and cool down.
• LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, this is the key!

Muscle soreness after exercise is one thing. Joint pain after exercise is another, please don’t ignore it!

After a very intense two weeks of exercises during January, I’m experiencing a very unusual pain in my left knee (my weakness one) I’ll be taking February off from my normal daily training routine to fully recover my precious knee : ) Of course, I’ll carrying on training, but without pressure, just accordingly to my energy levels and my knee healing progress. Hopefully lots of gymnastics🤞🏽

Loving my body means loving myself. I don’t rush the process. I allow myself to grow/progress at my own pace 💛

Thanks Mark for my new toy recommendation 🤗 Wanted to buy this massage devise since long time ago, mainly for self care, but also to treat my patients. Unfortunately, my current one is too big and heavy to treat myself.
