As a licensed psychotherapist and former Head of the Department for Mental Health at a leading international non-governmental organisation, I bring 22 years and thousands of hours of extensive clinical experience working with individuals and professionals. My practice is rooted in a commitment to fostering growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Experienced Hands: I have extensive experience working on a diverse range of issues, including working in crisis settings and managing mental health services for people with complex needs, so I can be trusted to support you. Qualifications: I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and a Postgraduate Qualification in Intercultural Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, both from the Tavistock & Portman NHS Trust in London. I also have a number of other trainings, including CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), Trauma Informed Care, and Gender, Diversity & Intersectionality. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
