I was pleased to see my comments quoted in The Daily Telegraph’s recent feature on weight-loss injections, where I discussed the critical interplay between rapid weight loss and the body’s recovery. In the article, I note that:

For those considering or using these treatments, here are a few things I emphasise:
👉 Rapid results can be tempting, but they can also leave the skin lax, the body unbalanced and leave unmet expectations.
👉 The best outcomes often combine treatment with realistic planning, nutritional support, avoidance of smoking, and targeted post-weight-loss skin/reconstructive planning.
👉 If you’re working hard to lose weight it’s worth considering what happens after the weight comes off.
