Have you ever faced a health challenge, like an accident, sudden illness, or unexpected diagnosis?
If so, I’d love to hear from you.

I’ve created a short, anonymous survey focused on resilience and recovery after a health crisis for my MSc in Psychology dissertation. This is close to my heart as I have been there myself.

It only takes a few minutes to complete, but your insights could make a meaningful difference in understanding how people cope and heal after such experiences.

Please follow the link below to share your thoughts, and feel free to share this with others who might be interested.
Thank you so much for your support! 💛

Does this sound familiar? - “Only good vibes here” - “Push away all negative thoughts” -“ Stay positive- Shake it off” - All of these are one sided views that lead to imbalance and inner struggles.

In our pursuit of positivity, we are often told to push away negative emotions and focus solely on positive vibes. However, as a coaching psychologist, I want to emphasise that this approach is not only unrealistic but also unhealthy.

Negative emotions—such as sadness, fear, and anger—are natural and integral parts of the human experience. They arise when our boundaries are crossed, our core values are invalidated, or our deepest fears are triggered. Suppressing these emotions doesn't make them disappear; in fact, it often makes them grow stronger and more controlling.

The key is not to avoid or ignore these emotions but to acknowledge their presence. See them as important messages. Recognise where they come from, understand their role, and choose how to respond or what action to take to balance them out.

Negative as well as positive emotions are feedback mechanisms that reveal how you perceive your environment and how you narrate your experiences.

Remember, embracing all of your emotions—both positive and negative—leads to a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling life as well as making wiser choices moving forward.

If you're interested in exploring how to navigate your emotions more effectively, I’m here for you. Reach out.

Here are some questions that you can ask yourself to see where you are when it comes to your relationship with food.

Eating to feel better is not a healthy relationship with food.

Looking at food as the enemy is not a healthy relationship with food.

Indulging in food pleasure is not a healthy one either.

The question is why do I resort to food to fill in these gaps.

If you are struggling with weight, eating better and exercising is the first step.

But at the same time you need to understand the underlying cause for which you have developed this coping mechanism, that is an unhealthy relationship with food.

Because unless we understand our emotions and the way we cope with them, we won’t be able to sustain a healthy state, and by that I mean, mental, physical and emotional.

Hope you find this useful and thanks for watching 🙏🏽

Self worth is never fully felt through external measures like numbers, titles or achievements.

Your self worth is an inside job. It’s the knowing of who you are and what you are about. When you clarify that, you’ll know your true worth. Because there’ll be no numbers that can ever match it.

You are more than enough.
You are infinite.✨♥️

I promised this so, This example is one I came across much over the years. WEIGHT LOSS🔥

Many of us want think that changing a behaviour until we get what we want, will make that result long lasting too.

This is not the case if you haven’t embodied the change and managed to get to the root cause of your effect.

For example:

Effect: I have gained some unwanted weight.

Need: I want to lose it. I don’t feel good about myself.

Action: I start training and eating better.

Result : I struggled but after three months I lost it so I’m where I want.

Three months down the line: I’m back where I started because I gained it all back. I was stressed at work abs I binge ate a lot and also has some wine every night.

Now the big question to get to the root cause is why am I acting like that around food and why do I use it to manage my stress ?

Because the cause of me having accumulated excessive weight, is not due to me not eating appropriately or training, but the reason is hidden under the WHAT is causing me to have this reaction to stress and why am I not able to deal with stress and unpleasant emotions in a different way.

The root cause is much deeper than the surface but once you get it, your life will change and you will be able to experience the life that you want without going back to the same old pattern.

Will be sharing more on this. I’ve tried to keep it short and even cropped out much.

But more will come for sure.

Thanks for watching !
Hope you found it useful 🙏🏽♥️

You can never create change if you keep your mind busy with old thoughts and reinforcing unhelpful beliefs about your “unfair” past. If you want a change, then start thinking of a future that is different from any past or present “stories”.

Because if you don’t like your present, it’s most probably because you are recreating your past.

Endless love ♥️🙏🏽

So excited to share this snippet with you on a podcast episode we recorded last month with 🔥 We had some powerful messages channelling through and this was one of them.

The full episode will be available on the 8th of September on Spotify and YouTube.

In the meantime I will share some snippets and gems here with you 💎

Thanks for watching.

If you have a moment PLEASE READ this 👇🏽

If you are lucky enough to meet people that dare to ask you questions that no one else ever did (these are deep, challenging and somehow uncomfortable questions- some like the ones in this video) don’t lose the opportunity to answer these questions for yourself.

It is not rare for me to hear the words “powerful” or “wisdom” when I share my message or communicate with people.

Many are moved by what they receive and I am so grateful for that. I’ve also learnt that not everyone is ready or willing to face the truth and “powerful” can be scary but I can assure you, it is always life changing.

My message will always be that which flows through me and not always from me. I will never try to distort that.

Because my intention is not to please people, but to serve and challenge those who are ready to challenge themselves.

Thank you for watching and reading this.

Endless love ♥️🙏🏽

The reaction of others is a reflection of themselves not you.

Saying yes when we really want to say no it’s a real struggle for many of us.

Walking on a path that is not the right path for us is another one. Yet we can’t help it.

But we do it because we have some needs and even though we know it’s not the right thing for us, we still go ahead with it.

We know there is a gain but usually a bigger price to pay, and just like that, we settle for less than we deserve.

Thinking you can’t have it all it’s exactly why people settle for less. But what you believe is what you experience. Again and again.

We have the power of choice and a window of opportunity to exercise our free will. That is our birth given right.

Exercise for your invisible muscles:

Learning to understand your needs and how to meet them in a healthy way is very important.

How aware are you of your needs and behaviours around them ?

How do you fulfil these needs?

Thanks for watching and I hope you find it useful.

Keep flexing those invisible muscles!

Hello ✨ Omg April is here already. Hope you have a great and lucky month ahead 🍀💚

Reaction is almost unconscious and based on past experiences and situation.

Response is conscious action in the moment.

Hope you find this useful.

And your exercise for today to flex those invisible muscles is to observe yourself and see if you tend to react or respond to what is happening around you.

Keep flexing 😊🙌🏼
