We were delighted to welcome Navi from Transport for All to the coffee morning at Our Place last Friday☕️

16 members came together to learn more about the work they do, ask questions, and share our own experiences on transport. Our coffee mornings are a friendly and welcoming space to meet others, have a chat, and occasionally hear from a guest speaker.

Every Friday, 10:30am – 12:30pm
Address: Our Place / Normand Croft School, Lillie Road, SW6 7SR.

If you want to get involved, contact ourplace@aod.org.uk

For 3 years, Access to Work support helped a Disabled employee thrive at work.

Then, at renewal, it was reduced. Not because it wasn't needed - but despite clear evidence that it was. This isn’t a small change. It puts jobs at risk.

And it’s happening more and more:

• Proven support reduced
• Medical evidence overlooked
• Families stepping in to fill the gap

Access to Work should remove barriers — not create them.

Because support that works should not be taken away.

The workshop created a great space for creativity, self-expression, and connection, either through working with words, clay or both!

Interested in creating your own artwork or would like to give arts and crafts a go? Our Place runs an arts group every Monday from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Click the link below to see how you can joinon our website!
