🎁 Day 5 of 12: Healthy vision starts early

Meet Ms Naomi Tan, one of our Consultant Paediatric Ophthalmologists at Clinica London.

Naomi works closely with our specialist orthoptists and wider paediatric ophthalmology team to support children’s vision and eye development.

At Clinica London, our paediatric services support children with:
• Glasses and refractive needs
• Squints and eye alignment concerns
• Lazy eye (amblyopia)
• Visual development and eye comfort

💡 Tips for parents:
• Encourage at least 2 hours of outdoor time each day
• Limit screen and iPad use where possible
• Seek early assessment for squints, myopia, or concerns about vision

Ms Tan is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Clinica London and the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, with specialist training from Moorfields Eye Hospital in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus.

Miss Jane Olver, who founded the clinic in 2008 and opened it at 140 Harley Street in December 2010, wants Clinica London to be the best private ophthalmology and dermatology medical clinic in London, though not necessarily the biggest. Our team of Consultant Specialists has now grown from its beginnings in ophthalmology to include Dermatology and now covers virtually all the sub-specialities of Ophthalmology.
