💧 Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to support tear production.
🌙 Sleep well: Rested eyes recover from daily strain.
💻 Limit blue light: Avoid screens between 6:30 pm and 8:30 am where possible.
🧴 Care for the eye surface: Use lubricating drops if needed.
🧼 Keep lids clean: A micellar solution, morning and evening, helps prevent irritation.

Meet Mr Johnson Neo - one of the few UK surgeons performing DMEK, the most advanced form of corneal transplant surgery.
✨ “DMEK allows corneal transplantation to be more precise, whereby only the diseased tissue layer is replaced. This surgical technique is revolutionary and results in superior visual outcome for patients,” explains Mr Neo.
Screens are everywhere, but your eyes need rest too. Try the Blue Light Ban (BLB):
Reduce or avoid screens from 6:30 pm to 8 am
Use night mode if you need devices in the evening
Swap scrolling for reading, cooking, chatting, or simply resting your eyes
Keep your eyes clean with micellar solution morning and evening
Use eye drops when needed to relieve dryness or discomfort
Small changes make a big difference for your eye comfort, sleep, and wellbeing. Progress, not perfection!

This Movember, let's talk about something men don't discuss enough.
💙 Men are 3-6x more likely to develop stress-related vision loss
💙 50% of men struggle with mental health, but fewer than half seek help
💙 Chronic stress can cause Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSC) – fluid buildup under the retina
💙 Vision loss is often invisible to others, but constantly present for the person affected
Your mind and your eyes are connected. Taking care of one means taking care of the other.
