At b-well health the aim is to help you improve your health, increase vitality and have a renewed positive outlook on life. You are treated as a “whole” person and not just your symptoms. Homeopathy uses a holistic approach to child and family health, establishing the full physical, mental and emotional picture. Using a number of treatments including homeopathy, flower essences, herbs, nutrition and lifestyle advice you are helped to achieve your natural healthy state. I first became involved with complementary medicine about 12 years ago when I was looking for a more natural approach to health after becoming dissatisfied with conventional medicine. My involvement increased when I became pregnant with my first child and after his birth I wanted a natural holistic approach to his wellbeing. I increased my use of homeopathy at that stage and began to prescribe for myself, family and friends. The frustration of not knowing enough led to me studying at the College of Practical Homeopathy for four years where I obtained my Licentiate in Homeopathy. The course not only covered Homeopathy but an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology, pathology, flower essences, herbal tinctures and nutrition. I am registered with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) and therefore am bound by their Code of Ethics and Practice.

I’m constantly studying, researching, ‘polishing my tools’ and deepening the work I bring to my clients.

I’m about to start day 3 of 5 in Brighton, improving my skills, beautiful connections, inspiring conversations, and the perfect place to refill my own cup so I can support others even better.

The weather so far is giving me everything, sun, rain, wind… sometimes all in the same hour!
And staying at Wilson House… well, that felt like a little wink from the universe. A good sign if ever there was one.

Always learning. Always growing. Always bringing more back to you.

Back in the pool today, had to squeeze in a dip before the temperature drops next week!

It’s amazing how a few minutes in cold water can shift my mood. I came out feeling so much more upbeat and motivated. Catching up with a friend poolside was also a big contributor 😁🥶

Just finished watching Riot Women by the brilliant Sally Wainwright and I absolutely loved it 💥

She has such a gift for capturing women’s lives, the humour, the chaos, the strength, and those deep friendships that keep us going.

This one really struck a chord: women juggling children (whatever their age), ageing parents, demanding jobs and that creeping sense of invisibility that can come with menopause.

What I loved most is how they do something about it. They shout about HRT, yes but they also take charge of their lives in other ways: forming a band, rediscovering joy, connection and purpose. A powerful reminder that change is possible, and life definitely isn’t over.

Raw, funny and real — just like midlife itself

Today is about shining a light on menopause — breaking the silence, sharing real experiences, and reminding every woman that she doesn’t have to go through it alone.

When I reached post-menopause, I wasn’t prepared for the anxiety that suddenly hit me.
💭 Racing thoughts at 3am.
💓 Heart flutters and a constant knot in my stomach.
