🌟 We are excited to share that The London Centre has launched our Intensive Outpatient Programme (IOP) for eating disorders 🌟
The IOP bridges the gap between weekly outpatient therapy and full day or inpatient care — offering up to five one-to-one sessions each week with our expert multidisciplinary team.
Sessions can include:
💙 Psychological therapy
🌿 Dietetic input
🍴 Supported meals and food exposure
🧠 Psychiatric oversight
🏃 Functional and recovery-focused support
👨👩👧 Family therapy or support
This programme is designed for individuals who need more than weekly therapy but who may not be suited to — or prefer not to attend — group-based or full-time treatment. All sessions are tailored, flexible, and focused on building sustainable recovery in real-life settings.
