Natural and subtle results for our patients is our goal. 👌🏻 It’s not a regular tear-through treatment. This patient doesn’t just have a typical hollow groove under the eyes. He has a bulging little pocket in the lower lid, “fat herniation”. 👀

Very often tear trough treatment can be very disappointing in this case if the filler wasn’t placed right. Here, we have injected microdroplets of filler on the bone along the thin orbital ridge, to give this bulging pouch support from underneath, making it look smother and blended. 💯

If we cant make it look undetectable we won’t do it.
