So this happened.
My friend and I blasted our way through detox, fitness and wellness retreat, with the most excellent juices and fabulous classes.
She was more into the cross fit and legs bums and tums, and I was more into the yoga and their amazing Ganban hot yoga room.
But we both loved the aerial yoga!
We would highly recommend Om Academy and a quick flight to Porto, Portugal, means you can enjoy a bit of sightseeing and the beach too.
I properly got my energy back and very pleased.

New Year’s resolution to be a wee bit more active on here, starting now, in the hairdressers.
I go to as they use non-toxic hair dyes which are activated by heat and the stylists here are all super lovely.
Plus who doesn’t want a trip to Glastonbury every other month.
