Relax, reset and recharge 🌟I already feel relaxed just looking at this beautiful space 😌 Last week we held a Crystal Sound private Gong Bath at the Blackfriars for a surprise birthday treat 🎁.

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all really well 🥰. It’s been ages since we last posted. My name is Tania 👋 and I run Crystal Sound Lounge and what a wonderful Health and Wellbeing offering it is 🥰

After a year and a half spent in self isolation 😷this is a great way to bring your team together to promote wellness, calm and relaxation 😌. A wonderful way to look after your own wellbeing and that of your team through an hour session of Sound Healing ❤️‍🩹🥰.

Sound Baths help you achieve ALL the benefits of mediation without doing any of the work!
 
The participants lie down and a sound practitioner plays gongs or crystal bowls, the sounds and the vibrations put the participants into a deeply meditative state. Effectively achieving the benefits of meditation without having to do any of the work 🙌! There is no actual bathing 🛁 involved 😂. You just lie down while the sounds wash over you and the vibrations and sound. An easy way to relax and re-calibrate 😌.

Can’t wait until we can get back to running life sound-baths! The online sound bath experience doesn’t quite work as the sound quality not great. To stay sane, I’ve been doing online Pilates during lockdown led by sister (Tania- pictured.) Really helping with my bad back and posture…

Jo and Oscar (the guide dog) enjoying their first sound-bath! It was a really special experience this week to host a sound-bath for 30 partially sighted and blind participants. Event was organized by the amazing team at BlindAid UK and . It meant a great deal for the participants to get out their house and socialize and now more than ever they must be feeling terribly cut-off…
