Do you want to develop your core strength, flexibility and tone up? Pilates is a fantastic way of improving strength and balance and preventing injury, especially lower back and joint pain.
I have a new 6 week Pilates course starting Thursday 6th November. Classes run from 8pm - 9pm at St Hilda's Church Hall in Crofton Park.
Classes focus on developing core strength, stability, toning and stretching, and are suitable for all abilities. I am fully qualified in ante and postnatal exercise and all clients are welcome.
The course costs £72 with a 10% discount offered to new signups.
