Trek4Ceylon

Trek4Ceylon Trek4Ceylon (T4C) cycle across Sri Lanka as a symbol of healing, restoration and hope for this island nation.

Trek4Ceylon Ltd is a charity registered in the United Kingdom, which raises funds through cycling, marathons, trekking, walking and other activities to provide support to the medical infrastructure and underprivileged communities in Sri Lanka and other countries across the world. We ride together across Sri Lanka as a visible symbol of our hope and desire to bring physical, emotional and mental healing, as well as unity and peace, to a land scarred by war and division. Trek4Ceylon is run by a group of volunteers who are keen to help the less fortunate, and strive to operate the charity with integrity and transparency. The bike ride is organised and run by a dedicated T4C team. We work together with other Trek for Ceylon charities based in Canada, Australia, USA and Sri Lanka. Please contact us if you require a charitable donation receipt.

Day 4 | Dambulla to Elephant Pass
220 kilometers. The longest ride of this year’s tour.

A true test of endurance, grit, and teamwork.
Through changing landscapes and long stretches of road, the riders powered their way north toward Elephant Pass — stronger together with every kilometer. 🚴‍♀️

The longest day.
One unstoppable team.

Day 3 | Hambantota to Dambulla 🚴‍♂️
While most riders took a well-earned break, four decided the road wasn’t finished with them yet.

291 kilometers later, they proved what determination truly looks like.

No shortcuts.
No excuses.
Just relentless spirit.

Unstoppable. Unbreakable. 🚴‍♂️🔥

Day 2 | Galle ➝ Hambantota 🌊🚴‍♂️
Miles of coastline, strong winds, and even stronger riders.
The peloton hugged the southern shores of Sri Lanka, pushing forward together with grit, laughter, and purpose.
Another beautiful stretch of the journey complete.

Day 1 | Colombo to Galle 🇱🇰
And just like that, the wheels are in motion.
From the energy of Colombo to the southern shores of Galle, we rode with purpose, pride, and 11 nations united as one.
The first stretch of 500+ km done — and the journey is only just beginning. 🚴‍♂️🔥

This is the Command Centre for the Ride, led by the Commander in Chief, Trinushka Perera.

Without each of these marshals, drivers and support staff the ride wouldn’t have been possible.
