Here is our Acupuncture & tuina massage practitioner Mihaly Rosta (Miha).


Miha has a special interest in psycho-emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, burnout, etc and the correlation of those to a variety of pain disorders manifesting in the physical body (such as back pain, IBS, PMS).

During your sessions you may experience the benefits of Acupuncture, Tuina Medical Massage, Cupping, Heath therapy (moxa), Guasha and other healing modalities that Miha incorporates into his treatments.

Miha is at WNT on Thursdays, Sundays and ad hoc hours

Miha is also an avid practitioner and instructor of Wudang arts including Tai Chi Chuan 28 steps, 8 Silk Brocades Qigong and meditation. Miha is currently running classes in Crystal Palace and in the Whitehorse Meadow.

We are delighted to announce that Veronica Massa has returned to WNT :-)

Veronica was one of the original WNT team members back in 2014 and worked happily with us until lockdown when she left to focus on her art work and set up her dream of creating a collection of sacred oils. As well as accomplishing lots with these ventures, she has been using a creative combination of oils, sound and energy work to offer bespoke healing sessions. Veronica's treatment speciality is facial therapies and you can read more about these at her other website www.urbangoddessrituals.com.

She will be working at WNT on Wednesday and Saturday mornings and you can book one of these fabulous facials from this month. She will also be doing Reiki and energy healing work and will incorporate aromatic oils and sound to her treatments as required.

Gift vouchers are £70 for a one hour treatment, valid with any member of our fabulous team for 6 months. Vouchers will be emailed to you by pdf (please allow 24hrs to receive your voucher as they are prepared manually) and can be ordered through our website.

West Norwood Therapies is a team of complementary therapists, yoga, hypnobirthing, tai chi and qigong teachers working collaboratively in West Norwood to offer a high standard of care to the local community. With our team of 12 we offer a range of massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, facial therapies, nutritional therapy, yoga, hypnobirthing, tai chi and qigong.

We are a collaborative collective, meaning we work closely with one another to offer peer support, skill sharing, cross-referring and community engagement. This means we are well equipped to help our clients find the right treatment for your needs and preferences.
