Today, on World Mental Health Day, I just want to send a gentle reminder into the world and straight to you.
Your feelings are valid. All of them. The joy, the sadness, the calm, and the chaos. They don’t define you, but they do matter.
To anyone who is struggling to quiet the noise in their mind, to anyone who feels the weight of simply getting through the day, please know this: you are not a burden. You are a human being, navigating a complex world, and you are doing better than you think.
Reaching out is a sign of profound strength. Taking a moment for yourself is a radical act of self-love. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to not be okay. 🩷
Today and every day, may we all try to be a little softer with ourselves and a little kinder to those around us. You never know what silent battle someone is fighting behind their smile.
So, be proud of every step you take, no matter how small. You are important. You are worthy. You are deeply, truly loved.🫶🏽
