💦Leaking urine during deadlifts is more common than you think.

But common doesn’t mean normal.

It’s often a sign that your pressure system and pelvic floor aren’t managing the load well - not a badge of effort or intensity.

We’ve normalised pushing harder… even when the body is clearly compensating.
