When we come together as a collective healing is more powerful and potent. It’s done in a gentle way, supportive and calming for the nervous system

It’s time to breathe, it’s time to move and time to pursue your hearts desires

You will be tested time and time again

You say no, it comes round again, you say no.

What if you take the small steps to slowly get there, you say yes 🙌 perhaps with some hesitation but you know you’re on the right path

Keep taking the steps, go within your capacity, with your nervous system, your rules, your pace but move forward

Do not listen to others peoples thoughts, feelings, beliefs and views - leave them aside

Put yourself in spaces where you can be heard and seen. Who is cheering you on? If you do not have the answer to that be your own cheer leader and find those people, those spaces 💫 whilst you are on your journey

I was asked to speak at a networking event and my thoughts were yes I can do. Think, plan, execute. Done and then the fears start, the what if’s, will they hear me I am clear enough, did I say everything I wanted to say, do they understand me?

I’m here to get my message across, we all need movement, we all need connection, we all need tools and techniques to support us through day to day life and years of carrying so much

The way I work is different, It’s not done in a set way, it’s calibrated to you and your nervous system.

We can work on movement, which movements - weights, barre, yoga, yin, restorative - perhaps a fusion

Would you like to work with your breath - what would you like to feel and achieve, centering, energetic, calming?

Would you like to work with your chakra or meridians? What would you like to explore, talking, a little talking or no talking?

Everyone I work with is different, if you feel we called to explore something please reach out

Your body and mind is as wise, it stores so much information and I help you process it through different methods ✨

What do you love doing each and every day?

Can you tell I love movement ? 😁

What’s your favourite way to move your body? I love my fitness, pilates, barre but I also love walking and moving mindfully and gentle.

My mood also allows me to choose how I want to move, what I want to feel and even where I am on my cycle & how do I support myself

Under the full moon 🌕 is the perfect time to release and last night was extra powerful because it the start of the Fire Horse Year. I have already felt the energy of this year and I’ve been creating space, cleaning, clearing, rearranging in January in preparation

That’s how I knew I didn’t want to be stuck in the past any more. The journals I wrote through a hard time I knew I did not want to keep, I tore out the pages and ripped them up and burned them, releasing the holding it had over me.

It took a while and I didn’t want to rush. It takes time to let go, it takes time to move on, it takes time to forgive.

I no longer what hold on to the memories and energetic bounds it had on me

I watched as the writing disappeared in front of my years, it felt magical and cathartic watching it disappear and burn in front me

Release it all
Surrender
It is done

When you create safety in the body you create safety in the mind.

We get stuck in thoughts, patterns and belief systems.

When we support the body, the meridians, the organs and various systems in the body we feel safe to live our lives with more comfort and ease.

When you feel you should do something, the pressure is still there but it’s lighter, the to do lists are never ending but more manageable, the way you think and feels just feels different

This powerful release is one of the simplest and effective tools I use and with my clients when they are in bed, sitting on a bus, in a queue at the supermarket.

No one is watching you. When you need support you can go within and heal parts of you that you don’t realise needed support.

Just a light touch to the body
