Antenatal classes for couples who want to prepare for pregnancy, labour, birth and parenthood. Our classes provide you with a wealth of information to help you to make informed decisions around pregnancy, birth and beyond. They cover pregnancy, labour and birth including how to use hypnobirthing techniques for a more comfortable birth. We also delve into parenthood looking at everything post birth including nappies, feeding, and sleepless nights amongst lots of other new parent things :)
The classes are intimate with the opportunity to meet other new parents with a reunion date after all of your babies have arrived. Look out for update on class dates or call Lucy on 07862727315
