Hello beautiful people!! ❣️ I’ve got a few changes to my schedule. Starting today (Tuesday, 11 Nov) my 1.15pm class is canceled with the hopes of it showing up elsewhere on the schedule. Will keep you posted.

And my 7.30pm Hip opening class Shoreditch will now be a Yin class!! So still a hip opening type class but much more. And if you do the 6.30pm Dynamic right before it, this makes for a great double!!!

This Friday I won’t be Yin & Reiki, but I’ll be back next week.

Life is about balance, is it not?! At times I find it tough, as I’m sure you do too. Making a point to ground myself, practice for myself, dive into the shadow side and of course forgive myself for not always getting it “right”. When that happens, I say “Time to begin again”.

My schedule this week has a nice balance of challenging classes and chill classes. What would balance you?
