He’s a wheelchair user who enjoys music from the 60s, 70s & 80s, baking, and trips to the seafront for fresh air and ice cream. Patience, good listening skills, and clear communication are essential.

⏰ Shifts:
• Day: 8am–8pm
• Waking Night: 8pm–8am

💷 Pay: Up to £14.50/hour (DOE)

We’re looking for compassionate female Support Workers to join a friendly team supporting a 26-year-old woman with complex needs in her home.

This rewarding role is about more than care – it’s about helping her enjoy life, including trips to the cinema, coffee shops, restaurants and days out. 🎬☕

✨ About the role
You’ll support a young woman with:
• Tracheostomy with ventilation
• Spinal injury
• Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
• Type 2 Diabetes
• Some challenging behaviours

⏰ Shifts:
Day: 08:00–20:00
Night: 20:00–08:00

💷 Pay:
Up to £13.50 days / £14.50 nights (depending on experience)

✅ Paid DBS & training
✅ Consistent shifts
✅ Holiday pay & pension
✅ Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000
