A good friend of mine recently trained in myofacial release techniques - she was staying with me at the time. Hearing her explain what it is I was fascinated. I'm researching training courses for myself at the moment.
One of my inspirations for massage done very well is Athena Jezick if you can search her tutorials on Youtube, I love her vibration and her take on life.

A new beginning - post redundancy business, this and my other passion - growing and tending the plants in my garden and selling plants on a market stall in Brixton Market on Mondays and Fridays. Life is incredibly good!
