Bring to mind a current obstacle in your life - something that feels stuck or in your way. Now, instead of analysing or fighting it, simply acknowledge it and then visualise it slowly dissolving. Feel your tension or resistance slowly melting away, so that nothing remains – you feel light and free.

An obstacle is often as rigid as our perception of it. Try this and, you may create space for solutions to arise.
