🌸 | Update on Aunt Ro 🌸
If you’ve ever met Rose, you know her light and laughter brighten every room. Even now — in pain and recovery — she still finds a way to make everyone around her smile.
Since March 2017, Aunt Ro has been fighting breast cancer with unshakable faith. After years of treatment and resilience, the cancer sadly spread last year. She’s now in palliative care, battling severe pain and undergoing alternative chemo that comes with harsh side effects.
💔 Despite it all, she’s making slow but steady progress — recently discharged from intensive care and continuing her treatment with hope.
We’ve had this fundraiser running for about a month and are so grateful to everyone who’s already contributed. So far, we’ve raised 14.5M UGX (≈ £3,000) out of our 70M UGX goal (≈ £15,000) — but we still need your help to keep Rose’s treatment going.
