Teaching my yoga weekly private class to a lovely couple. Today we explored ida and pingala nadis. Left and right. Lunar and solar energies. At the end I invited them to choose which side to roll on to out of savasana. Their bodies naturally ended up in this shape and it was beautiful to witness. She was the Yin to his Yang in that moment. 🌚🌞 Heart full. 🥰

In 'Reading Deprivation' Week 4, as hard as it was to completely not read, it did encourage me back to the page. Lots of writing done this week! It's working! Enjoyed two beautiful spaces for storytelling, picking out psychological themes in fairytales and folktales and even writing my own prequel. Thank you to Shimrit for hosting such a wonderful series and always encouraging my writing 🥰

The second essential core task of The Artist's Way is to take yourself on an "Artist's Date" with yourself once a week. I had a lovely time buying craft materials from my local shops and sitting in a cafe completing a couple of tasks for Week 1 of the Artist's Way. Including remembering and drawing those people who have championed my creativity! 🏆 🎨 ✍️ thanks to my GCSE art teacher, my first wonderful yoga teacher Mel and my wonderful writing community for those honours
