Today is World Day for Safety and Health at Work and we’re recognising this year’s theme: the psychosocial working environment.
Work can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also come with some pressure, emotional demands, and busy workloads. Taking care of our mental wellbeing is just as important as physical safety.
Here are some important reminders from our Health and Safety Advisor, John Agdeppa:

✅ Take breaks and rest when you can
✅ Reach out for support when needed
✅ Be kind, respectful, and supportive
✅ Make time to rest and recharge
