Beyond impressed!!!

Like many highly successful businessmen, rafal was short on time and focused on results.

He came to PTLDN with a problem, how could he improve his physique without detracting from a demanding job, he simply didn't have enough time to give up.

The solution was to allow PTLDN to manage his routine and diet, we stripped away any unnecessary exercises and progressed the essential muscle building movements! This was coupled with a simple to implement calorie balanced diet.

Focus on the process....

Transforming your body with extra muscle mass and sub 10% body fat isn't an overnight process

You'll need months of dedicated progressive training, nutrition & accountability to achieve your dream physique.

At times you'll have an incredible week of training and eating and not see the predicted change in your performance metrics

You may think "what's the point?" , you're putting in 100% and not seeing 100% back

However, adaptation is a compound effect. The 100% you put in leads to small 1% changes which compound to a large 100% change over a longer period of time.

Rather than fixating on the end result (which will come) learn to focus on the daily process of eating and training correctly

The POWER of decision making....

It's amazing to think you choose what decision to make that will affect your reality.

If you decide to eat healthy & nutritious foods within your calorie requirement you will have a good body.

If you decide to lift weights on a regular schedule you'll have a good body.

If you decide to sleep and rest sufficiently you'll feel mentally and physically better.

If you decide to meditate, journal, breathwork and visualise you'll feel more relaxed and content.

It's incredible that you have the power to decide all of these and live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life.

One of my biggest goals when setting up my personal training business was to bring the passion I have from the positive life changing effect of exercise to every client and every session.
