Learning to squat properly is a massive confidence boost in the gym and lays a strong foundation for building strong, injury resistent legs

Here are 3 types of squats you can do

- Goblet Squats - Great for learning the correct movement by keeping your chest up and knees pushed out

- Cyclist Squats - If you cannot get low in a squat, it might be due to tight ankles, the cyclist squat is a good variation for overcoming that limitation and reaping the benefits of squatting to your full range of motion.

- Back Squats - When confident enough, nothing beats the back squat in building true strength

Learn To Kettlebell Swing

Very IMPORTANT: this movements focuses on leg drive and hip extension. Don’t lift with your arms

Points of performance
1. Start with feet shoulder width apart with KB in hand
2. Keep you arms relaxed
3. Hinge at the hips and push the weight through your legs
4. Push your feet into the ground and rapidly open your hips
5. Squeeze your glutes in the top position
6. Keep back flat and arms relaxed throughout
