Finally, official guidance. However, we know our service and we already supported our friends and families to visit their relatives, the people we support.

Care home residents are set to be reunited with friends and family as visits begin again following the publication of new guidance on 22 July.

At Ummah Care & Support, we have the knowledge and expertise to help the people we support achieve their best outcomes.

We provide Care & Support in the community through our Community Directorate. We work with a multi-disciplinary team and these include; hospital social workers, brokerage officers, district nurses, physiotherapist and occupational therapist, to name a few. These professionals work in collaboration with homecare agencies to make sure that the best care and support is given to achieve your best possible outcome.

We offer community care and support in Barking & Dagenham, Newham, Redbridge and Tower Hamlets.

Under our Residential Division, we provide specialist Residential Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. Our team of professional social care workers help the people we support access the community and meaningful activities. We offer long term packages of care including step-down to community and short term Transition Support for those transitioning from hospital to community.

We have a 10 bed residential care home in Seven Kings, Ilford.

We work with people of all ages and can help with everything from complex conditions such as learning disabilities or dementia to providing some extra help around the home or community.
